This straight dublin-esque or poker-esque pipe is my first foray into bamboo shanks.
The design is Japanese-inspired, hence the name. The "Eye" embedded in the foot of the stummel is made of brass and stainless steel.
The high-grade briar from Spain displays a perfect straight flames grain complimented by the shape of the bowl.
The bamboo shank is mounted with a stainless steel reverse tenon, paired with a delrin-lined mortise within the acrylic stem. It's unfiltered.
A light pipe, easily clenched despite its length.
