This pipe is my first foray into figurative form. Far from being a realistic rendition of a raven skull, my intention was to create a feeling of strangeness reminiscent of Time Burton's early movies.

The engraved symbol is a loose interpretation of Tfahgolath's sigil borrowed from the Necronomicon.

The raven's beak is made of African ebony and the stummel is Anatolian briar.

The stem is acrylic, and connects with the shank via a reverse delrin tenon.
