The Filmmaker

It was commissioned by a great Khmer artist / filmmaker who wanted a classic bent pipe with a deep chamber. It also had to sport a 9mm filter system.

The Spanish briar turned out rather gorgeous, and I paired it with a black acrylic stem and a Cambodian palm wood ring.

A couple of brass inlays add a subtle and warm detail within an overall dark composition.
